The bathroom design was a problem. the shower's glass panel was ineffective. Water spread to the toilet area. stepping over a suitcase was also necessary due to limited space.

the location was central i found the reception area nice and accessible i booked a cosy double and the room size suited my needs perfectly. i appreciated that the room included a bluetooth speaker i could use the bed was comfortable and the linen felt fresh and clean. the nearby tube station allowed me to explore the city with ease i found the staff helpful when i asked for directions.
the lift had a slight musty odour it was not overwhelming but noticeable

The staff was attentive and very friendly, I found it quite charming. The location was advantageous for exploring nearby attractions, a real plus. I did adore the clean room with very soft bed linens. I found the hotel bar had a nice selection and a cozy atmosphere.
The ventilation in my room was not optimal and did lead to a slightly stuffy environment at times.

The hotel includes a fitness center with three treadmills and free weights. I saw people using the equipment regularly. There are also meeting rooms available, with projectors and comfortable seating for corporate events. A restaurant and bar is on site, providing various dining and relaxation options.

I stayed in a snug room. It was well planned with great facilities. the staff provided friendly service both at check in and in the restaurant. the hotel possesses trendy, chic decor with many little extra touches? the location is ideal. It is close to a station.
the room, while adequate, felt a bit small. the pricing did not reflect its size.

The location was acceptable.
I was quite disappointed with my room. The air conditioning wasn't working correctly and the furniture showed scratches and damage. The tv remote had no battery, so I couldn't change channels.
